Established in 1977, Crossfire now services over 5,000 youth players on an annual basis. As a member of the United States Youth Soccer Association and US Club Soccer, we offer recreational and competitive programs for players of all ages and abilities from 3 years old to adults.

Clovis Crossfire Appoints Adam Smith as Boys Director of Coaching
Clovis, CA (May 6, 2025) – Clovis Crossfire is excited to announce the appointment of Adam Smith as the club’s new Boys Director of Coaching.
Adam will be volunteering his time during tryouts, after which he will officially commence his role as Boys Director of Coaching and 2013 Head Coach at the start of the fall season. In addition to joining the Crossfire staff, Adam will also take on a scouting role with the Charlotte FC Major League Soccer organization, where he will focus on recruiting talent from the California region for players up to the age of 18.
“I am excited to be joining Clovis Crossfire and working alongside the leadership team of Robert Stewart and Shawn Grieco, as well as the boys’ club coaches,” said Smith. His passion for the game and dedication to creating an optimal learning environment for young athletes ensures that our players receive the highest quality training and support.

Congratulations to our 2015 Girls Blue team on becoming finalists at the Legends FC Santa Clarita Invitational! This team played 9v9 for the first time and scored 10 goals in group play rounds. They fought hard during the championship match, and our team fell just short in penalty kicks. We are incredibly proud of the resilience and teamwork this team showed! 🤍🏆
Clovis Crossfire Appoints Shawn Grieco as Technical Director
Clovis Crossfire is thrilled to announce the appointment of Shawn Grieco as the club’s new Technical Director. With a coaching career at Clovis Crossfire that began in 2013, Grieco has previously held the positions of Boys Coaching Director and Youth Director, showcasing his deep commitment to player development and club excellence.
Grieco, a former professional player and experienced coach, is dedicated to creating an optimal learning environment for young athletes. His passion for the game and commitment to continuous professional development ensures that our players receive the highest quality training and support.

Clubs were evaluated based on the quality of the teams and their performance in NorCal competitions over the past three years, a review of their technical standards–including their technical staff and club curriculum–and their adherence to NorCal administrative standards.”
Congratulations to our 2012 Boys NPL team on becoming finalists at the San Juan President’s Cup! This team fought tirelessly until the end, beating San Juan 1-0, tying IR Academy 0-0, and beating Placer 2-1 in group play. The boys put up a fight in the finals, and eventually fell short to a talented Santa Rosa ECNL team. We are so proud of you! Way to represent!
Shout out to the Crossfire Talento 2016 boys for an absolutely stellar performance in their very first NorCal futsal event! Nixon plays attacking midfielder on our 2007 Boys team. At Clovis North, he was named TRAC Offensive Player of the Year, 1st Team All-Conference, 1st Team All-Region, 1st Team All-Area, and 1st Team All-County! With over 100 nominations in his age group, Nixon was among the 13 selected for the all-star game roster!

Blake plays center-back on our 2008 Boys team, and has been with Clovis Crossfire for 8 years. He was nominated to play in the all-star game by coach Larry Hinz and Coaching Director Shawn Grieco. With over 100 nominations in his age group, Blake was among the 15 selected for the roster!
